How much notice do I need to give to place an order?

Orders for most cupcakes & cakes must be placed by 2:30pm for next day delivery/collection. We call a next day order (2nd cut off).

What happens if I need to amend my order?

Should you like to change your order, we normally require 2 days notice before 2pm. Changes can be made by contacting our support team via email or by phone.

Do you make bespoke cakes

Yes we do bespoke cakes based on your requirment or choose from our bespoke cake section.

Can I place an order for the same day delivery/collection?

At present, we are not offering same day delivery or collection on any of our items. However our stores hold a good stock of cupcakes & cakes everyday. Please call our cusomter support team for assistance.

What do I need to bring along when collecting my order?

You will be asked to present your order confirmation (either on your mobile or with a paper copy)/form of ID/bank card used to place the order when collecting your order. If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of the confirmation email with them.
