Red Velvet Sponge with Egg:
Sugar, wheat flour (with calcium, iron, Niacin, Thiamin), vegetable oil (rapeseed), cocoa powder, modified starch, whey powder, milk, emulsifiers, (propane 1-2diol esters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl 2 lactylate) wheat, gluten and flavouring.
Cream:
Water, fully and partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm kernel), dextrose, sugar, milk proteins, emulsifiers (polysorbate 60, mono – and diglycerides of fatty acids, soya lecithin), acidity regulators (trisodium citrate, disodium phosphate), stabilisers (calcium chloride, methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), gelling agent (sodium alginate), flavouring, colour (beta-carotene).
Cream cheese:
Sugar, vegetable oil (rapeseed, palm), water, humectant (glycerol) cream cheese powder, milk, skimmed milk powder, modified starch, emulsifiers (polysorbate 60, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids) flavouring milk, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (disodium phosphate) colour (lutein).
